I bought a top at Mr Price and when I got home i only tried the item on, It was to small and because I really didn't have the time I only went to exchange it today for a bigger size. I unfortunately lost the slip and when i went to exchange the item the price came down and I could not exchange it for the price I bought it for. I think that is really pathetic as the consultant that assisted me was very rude and said sorry we can't do anything because I did not have a slip and they don't know if i bought it at the the price on the tag. She did not even make any effort in assisting me or coming up with a solution. If something is marked down at your store is it not clear on the label that it was marked down? So clearly on the tag it would have stated if I bought the item on sale. Im so disappointed in the service. Don't think I will be visiting any Mr price again.
