Once again left dissatisfied!

This is the 3rd time that I am left disappointed by Mr. Price Home. I purchased 2 couches on Saturday, the 23rd of November. I paid for the delivery fee and was informed that we will be able to receive delivery by Tuesday but that Head Office would call me to confirm a suitable time. Tuesday has come and gone and I haven't received a call from the store or Head Office. I made contact with the Customer Care line this morning and was transferred to Lyle at the store who promised to follow up and contact my husband. Yet we are once again left disappointed by the dismal service received from the store. I think that it is only fair to be compensated for the oversight on Mr. Prices's behalf and therefore wish for you to waiver the delivery fee, as you have not kept your end of the agreement. Awaiting an urgent response.
