I have purchased 2 leather couches mid November 2013. an sms was sent through regarding the delivery times, which were not adhered to, delivery was made an hour late. Both couches were damaged. The sales person at the show room was great and assisted with a swop. The second sms was sent, and once again the delivery was late. I phoned the warehouse to be told the truck is 5 minutes away, however arrives after an hour. I was not available when the swop was made, I got home and saw that both couches are cut. I called the show room and they arranged for another swop. An sms was sent, and again the delivery was late. The truck driver was only given 1 couch to replace and not 2. I did not accept that delivery. Yesterday, we were sent an sms that delivery will occur between 9 and 12. I called to enquire the approximate time of delivery as I have to go to the office. I received a call from Garth to say that the truck is running late, and will be at my house between 1 and 2. It is extremely frustrating having to deal with the staff of Coricraft head office, as they don't have any customer service skills, and a don't care attitude regarding the inconvenience they cause!
