No Delivery and Broken Promisses

I am utterly disappointed in the services from the Northgate Rochester branch. On the 26 of Sep I had sent my paper work to order a LWF Leather Lounge Couch. They informed me that it will take 2weeks for the supplier to supply me with the one i want. Vincent said.
On the 15 of October i had to be the one to follow up with store to get an update as to when I will expect to get the couches. Vincent told me the couches will be ready by the end of October.
On the 1st of November I received NO feedback with regards to the promises they made about delivering the couches end of Oct. I had to again, contact the store to request feedback. Vincent again said to me the supplier will make delivery the following week. the 8th of Nov Vincent contacted me stating that the couches will be delayed for another 3 weeks. they will be ready end of November. on the 21st of November I send an email to inquire if they foresee any further delays to the delivery. Needless to say, I did not get a response back. OH its the 2nd of December and I still have not received my couches.

I am properly disappointed, i wish I knew a word to express my deep dissatisfaction.
