I had purchased furniture from Mr Price home 4 weeks ago - promised delivery no later than 3 weeks later. They phone me once - and then upon return of the call - no answer. THey then claim customer is unreachable. Four weeks later, after having fought and threatened head office I finally receive the purchase - but again they cannot set up as already paid for. The Head office staff - specifically Vanessa Varty - do not bother to follow up or ensure I am happy and that they have done everything possible to ensure that my experience is good. I will never again purchase from Mr Price Home - appalling treatment of customers - they very quickly take your money but delivery of expectations is disgusting! Shocked that such a big company does not have systems to manage the process which is the very foundation of their business! Never again.
