NEW W/MACHINE NOT DELIVERED 4 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE

To Who It May Concern

I bought a Samsung 8 kg top loader washing machine from game store Brooklyn Mall on Saturday 2013/03/30.
The Salesman (Mocks) arranged for delivery to be done on Monday 2013/04/03.
Everything was paid for in full in-store on the same day.

I waited at home on Monday for the W/Machine to be delivered the whole day, did not receive any call to tell me that delivery will not take place or that there were any issues preventing delivery.
I called the store but no one answered my call.

On Tuesday morning at 9 am I went to the store myself and spoke to the Branch manager Colin, which then took me to another lady that assisted in the apartment where they sell home appliances.
After 30 minutes she find out that there was a typing error and the delivery procedure was type incorrectly.
She then promised that the washing machine would be delivered on Tuesday 2012/04/02 after 5 pm.

At 17:30 pm on Tuesday I called the store again, spoke to Colin and told him that the delivery had not taken place for the second day in a row. He promised bogani would call me back. he never did.

It is now Wednesday 2013/04/03. No delivery. No refund. Allready paid. No washing Machine.
