Where Are My Couches??

I'm completely and utterly appalled at the service I've received regarding my couches that I ordered & paid for on 15/6/13.
I ordered two 3 seater black nolita couches. I made a bank transfer payment on 16/6/13. Understanding that I made payment on a pub holiday, the money only cleared and was allocated to the store on 20/6/13. The store called for my delivery address on the same day and noted that the couches would be delivered in 7days. I received a call on 26/6/13 confirming delivery of my couches for 27/6/13. On 27/6/13 I received a call that one couch is been defective & can't be delivered. I only have one couch reserved. The rest of the country is out of stock. WHY WEREN'T THESE COUCHES RESERVED WHEN THE PAYMENT REFLECTED A WEEK AGO? Why is it that the store only checks on the date of delivery that the couches won't be in good quality for release & why did they wait until delivery to find a new couch?
TO DATE: I was promised to courier one couch from CPT, which i was delighted to hear. They said it would take a week. I have only received ONE couch so far. The 2nd one was said to have been delivered from CPT. But I still haven't received it! Only bad attitude when I call in!
