The worst service I ever received from a pick and

I have been shopping at pick n pay for many years now at the capetown one almost everyday. However today I met the most incompetent cashier ever adielah first she tell me she is leaving to go home the kiddie shampoo bottle is broken she wana pack it in just like that I wanted another item that I asked I about she didn't ring it up wen I tell her to put it on she told me she can't and do I want her to cancel my whole shopping basket she never asked for a smartshopper card or if I want a bag I am sure a normal person won't carry there whole shoping basket in there hands the person wu assist her zaakira is just so incompentent the way they speak infront of customers is pathetic really now don't pick and pay train there staff to give customer service after all they are the faces of the company I really think I won't be going back to pick and pay cos they are out most disgusting with the way there staff handle the customers.
