CANNOT DELIVER ON TIME

On Saturday 29 June was in the store to buy 3 couches. The consultant said they do not have stock and he will phone me on Monday 1 July. Not receiving a call I phoned them on Tuesday 2 July, and of course no one knew about it. Moses then helped me and told me that the store has got stock and don't know why I was told that. I then told him that I will be in the following day to pay for it. Getting there the Wednesday I was told that the stock is now R1500.00 more expensive... strange as all the other ones are the same price, except the choc brown one. Finally they agreed on the old price. I asked them to deliver the items to me today 9 July between 9:00 and 14:00. I was told about the delivery fee which there was no problem with.

Today I get a call and sms to tell me that due to the delivery company not having a car they will not deliver it today. How can Move It Deliveries that brag that they have 21 cars not be able to do it? I heard 3 different excuses... 1 No car... 2 Very Busy... 3 Not scheduled in time... how long ahead of time do I have to schedule it. I thought 6 days' notice will be enough.

Well been speaking to Vanessa at Head Office but guess i wont be receiving my goods?
