The staff are [URL Removed] ought to go on some serious customer service training. They just do not reply to emails, and they think that the problem will just go away! First I was promised a voucher that would then be credited to my credit card along with the returned item (which was returned 'cos they were very late on delivery). Only to be told that they cannot credit my card with this voucher but it will reflect on my account / profile. I'm still waiting for this and it has been over a week now! I have also requested my refund into my bank account (for the original purchase), and again I'm still waiting. It has been 2 days now and still no funds showing.

I have sent emails, called the call-centre but without success.

I wont be using this service provider again!
