Customer support for returns and refunds is awful!

Why do customers have to resort to posting complaints on other sites like this in order to get a response from Kalahari? Why does this company not simply respond directly to emails sent to the customer services department? It should not take a month to get a refund for a product that I returned. I received an email from Kalahari on 14 May confirming my request for my credit to be paid into my credit card. Why did Kalahari add an additional step to the refund process when I originally requested the refund be made directly into my credit card? Also, why has this still not been done more than a week after that request was made for a second time and why, five days after emailing Kalahari regarding this request having already taking over a week, have I still not had a reply to my email? This is exactly the type of the bad service that irritates customers and makes them less inclined to use the service in future. I have ordered from foreign websites regularly that provide better service and more regular contact than Kalahari has done in the past month! Time is money Kalahari and you have wasted hours of my time in the past month, which I do not appreciate at all.
