On the 28th Jan I placed an order for a book in the amount of R122.00. On Feb 11th I received the book but it was not the book as they had on their website. So I complained on their website where a man named Sulaiman Johnson replied and after a few days of Kalahari realising the fault was on their end said I could return the product with a full refund. On the 15th Feb they collected the book from me. I requested a few times via email the money be put on my back on my card and not my Kalahari profile. A few days later I noticed a voucher on my Kalahari profile for R122.00. I requested that the voucher be transfered to my card that I used to pay for it in the first place. The voucher was since removed from my profile. This was 1 week ago and I have head nothing back from Kalahari since then despite emailing Sulaiman twice to find out was going on. The customer support is pathetic. They are quick to take your money but when you need a refund they waste your time and ignore your emails.
