Delay in refund

It started out with bad Service. an Item that was supposed to be delivered within 24 hours, was cancelled by me 48 hours after the initial delivery date.

After the item was cancelled, it was delivered - upon which my neighbour signed for it. ever since I had sleepless nights getting the order returned to them. apparently they migrated to a "NEW SYSTEM" whom no one understood.

After endless attempts I found out who the Customer Service Manager is (Justin Marshall) I mailed him with my predicament and he had one of his assistants contact me. She promised that the parcel would be collected the next day (which did) and that the refund will reflect in my account within 5 days.
It has been 14 days since the parcel had been collected and still no refund.

I received a email from them, indicating that the credit had been passed onto my profile and that I must request for a refund from my profile - that the funds will only reflect in my bank after 5-7 days. Until now nothing was loaded onto my profile. I then contacted Justin Marshall who promised that he will get to the bottom of this. he then contacted me yesterday and said that it will reflect within the hour. Until now, nothing.
