Continued shocking service - still no refund

Previously I complained about Kalahari's slow returns process. I had a response from Kalahari, promising a refund and further information regarding the return of my SD card. While a refund was processed to the Kalahari account quite quickly, the refund back to the credit card is still pending, and I have still not received feedback on the return of the SD card. There have been numerous phone calls and emails but no resolution. The original item was ordered in time to be a gift for a birthday on 12 December and to date I have not been able to get a replacement gift. This is entirely unacceptable and shocking. I most certainly do not advise using Kalahari for the purchase of any item that may have to be returned.
