Wipes for the trolleys were unreplenished

Went to the shopping centre over 3 weeks ago with my daughters aged 4 and aged 6.

trolleys were not clean and wipes were empty.

No one took responsibility.

Another customer said to me that this seems to be usual here as she now carries her own wipes into "this store".

She shared 3 with us as its impossible to clean the edges of the trolley too with just 1 or two wipes.

Just bad service in my view and leaves us to wonder why we pay so much for such.

this is a store i frequent. most times without my daughters. thus not much worry for hygiene to the tenth degree. But that day was sour for me. We spend close to a R3000 per month there.

how do you make this lemon into lemodade Woolworths?
