Great Service

I would like to commend Jerome from Somerset Mall branch for the great service he recently offered. About 2 weeks ago I saw a very nice 2 seater couch, but when I returned to the store only a couple of days later I noticed that it's sold. I checked the store but could only find a 3 seater in the same style. Disappointed by this due to the fact that countless times when I really like something its usually sold before I have a chance to buy it.

I took a chance and asked for some assistance. Jerome came forward and said that he will check the system to see if there is stock available elsewhere. He said that there is stock in Durban, and it will take 14 days. He took down my details and arranged for the couch to be delivered to the store.
Only a couple of days later my couch arrived, and it was long before the due delivery date. He phoned to inform me the couch was at the store.

The way the transaction was handled was very professional and efficient.
Unfortunately now days a person hardly finds good service at any retail store, and this time I was pleasantly surprised by the good and proper service which I was offered.
