I placed a special order for a 3-seater (Lorenzo lounge suite) couch on the 27 July 2013 and paid for it in cash. I was told by your salesman Abbie that since it was a special order, a new couch would have to be manufactured which will be ready for delivery within 6 to 8 weeks from date of order. It is now going on 11 weeks and I still don't have a couch or an explanation of why almost 3 months later my coach is still not ready for delivery. I contacted the store several times to request a delivery date and every time Antoinette to me and told me that my couch would be delivered, it never was.

Your lack of customer service is absolutely shocking and disgusting. I'm surprised that you are still in business if this is how you treat your cash paying customers. Reading all the negative comments on Hellopeter, I now understand why and will never support your store again. You are not doing me any favours, I paid for my goods and I expect delivery. IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK?

If my couch is not delivered in good order by Friday the 11th October 2013 I want a full refund of my R6699.95. No more excuses or legal action will be taken against your store for non-delivery.
