Process on closing an account of my late husband

Have been faxing and emailing the documents that are requested by the foschini group head offices for the claims of my late husband who had an account with TFG since the 09/092013. Till today no one has came back to me. Spoken to Rosyln Velasco and Glenda Johnson whom the advise that they will forward the documents to the claims department.

so it is great for TFG to welcome customers but when they passed on they no longer care.
