I have never experienced service like this before!

Lets start from the begining...

I bought my couch from this store in August 2012, then had to go into the store 2 months later because the foam of the couch was collapsing and I was told that the couch would be collected that week, well that didnt happen, 3 weeks later I had to go into the store and find out what was happening, they then collected the couch 2 days later.

It took them 2 months to then fix the couch and deliver it back to me after I had to remind them about it. When they delivered the couch they filled the couch so much that the one half of the couch was higher that the other half... I mean really!

I then went into the store to report that this was now the case and that I wanted them to collect the couch and refund me, they said thats fine, its now a week later and they still havent collected the couch...

When i went into the store this afternoon all that was said to me by the manager is that she doesnt know why it hasnt been collected yet, its their distribution department that does all the dropping off and collections, but she will log the call again...

LETS SEE HOW LONG THIS TAKES!
