Do not use!

We purchased a couch 18 months ago from the Couch guy and paid an additional fee to have the couches covered in miracle guard. 2 months after receiving the couch my son dropped some cooldrink on the couch and my maid tried to clean it off which immediately left a large black mark on a white and black couch! We informed the couch guys and after a couple of weeks without a couch we received the couch back repaired, then a week ago we had the couch professionally cleaned for the first time and as soon as the professional couch cleaners started cleaning the couch the same happended again - I am now left with a couch with 2 huge black marks ont he pattern! I have had no feedback and or assistance from the couch guys who sold me the couch as they are not taking responsibility and say I must deal with Miracle guard directly which is not right as I purchased the couch from the Couch guys. I am now forced to take legal action against them. Do not use this supplier!
