They refuse to replace my couch

I bought a couch from a Mr Price Home store last year September. Early this year, the central support of the couch broke. When I came back from work one afternoon and sat on the couch, the front plank of the couch broke and tore the fabric. I phoned the store and explained what had happened to them. The lady told me someone would phone me regarding this and I did receive a call a couple of days later. This was one month ago. The guy came to my place to have a look at the couch and take pictures to send to the supplier. A month later I'm the one running after him trying to get feedback about my couch. He phoned me today to tell me that the supplier is refusing to replace the couch as it is not a factory fault.

I'm a loyal supporter of Mr Price Home and ensure that my payments are ALWAYS up to date. I would like this couch thing sorted ASAP or else I refuse to pay my instalments until that couch has been replaced as it is still under warranty.
