Poor customer service

On saturday the 3 august i bought a sleeper couch cash including R250.00 for delivary from CBD to green point. the salemans arranged everything showed me the couch that the had in stock at the store and i paid he promised that my couch will b delivered same day 1pm green point being 15min away and the already stock that was in store. after to and fro with calls my couch was not delivered on saturday at all. so many promises from staff on what the problem is and how they will sort out the issue but produced nothing. no one folowed uo whether the coush was dlivered or not after my query the folowing day & i had to once again call in he sunday morning to inform them that my couch was not delivered very surprised salesman who promised to do all and follow through until i received my couch. just before 12 i got the couch just to discover the wrong couch wa delivered.by the time i infired the store their delivery guys has left my area. with all frustration i decided that i wnt a refund of my money.this morning wih a change of heart i advisd the store that if they can deliver my couch today that i ould still go ahead with my purchase.they promise .that the correct couchwill be delivered
