We bought couches in April 2011. The 3 seater couch had to be replaced immediately because when we removed the plastic wrap, we found that the back of the couch was torn. Shortly after, the one seater had also fixed. While we were waiting for them to return the one couch, the 2 seater couch was loose. We then asked them to either give us our money or replace the couches. They promised to replace the couches and informed us that the couches that we are going to receive are cheaper than the original couches. Therefore we must chose extras with change. We chose a hoover and a blender only to be told a week later that they made a mistake we will not receive extras. I informed them that I hope that we will not experience the same issues with the new couches. Yesterday, we realised that the new one seater couch is torn in the front. It's torn on the actual stitch. Really now, how can you use a buyer that continuously buy bad quality. We want out money back and we will buy couches from another store. we've had it. I dont want to call the store anymore because before they replaced the couches, I spent a lot of money calling the store asking for feedback and driving to the store.
