A week ago I purchased the Air-o-space mattress from the Fourways branch. I was hesitant on the comfort, but the manager assured me that if I was not satisfied, I could return the product within 7 days. I had tried the product and found it to be uncomfortable. On the 7th day, I visited the Cresta branch but was told that they do not return this product, and that I should go to the store I had purchased it from. I asked the manager there to please call the Fourways branch as I wasn't able to be there in time before they had closed for the day. Apparently the manager Mcphereson whom had sold me the product was on leave. When I had phoned afterwards, the salesperson Portia, asked that I come back when Mcphereson is there. As he was only back this morning, I visited the store to return the product and I was told by him that the 7 days had passed and that he could not assist me. He fails to realize my attempts to reach him and return the product within the specified time frame. As a result, I now suffer because he was not available.

Very poor service.
