BAD QUALITY PRODUCT AND BAD SERVICE

On 19 December 2013 I purchased 2x Thunderbolt Motorised Scooters as Christmas gifts from Homemark Cape Gate. The 2nd time my son rode on his scooter his entire handle bar slipped off and all the wiring came apart. On 31 December 2013 I sent a friend to return the scooter, upon which he was told that we should return on 15 January 2014 for it to be sent to Head Office for repairs, which will take 6-8 weeks. Justin wouldn't keep the broken scooter in store to return it as it would confuse their stock. That after being told that none of the branches had any stock. Another customer then returned his scooter for the 3rd time, and this customer comes from Paarl every time.

Later the day I returned to the store to obtain the branch manager's details, but was informed by Justin (who initially posed as the branch manager) that no details of any managers were to be given to customers. Justin couldn't even advise on the return policy and the policy on display was manually amended. At that time there were already another 2 scooters in store to be returned.

Subsequently the 2nd Scooter is also broken! Upon purchasing the scooters, I was advised that there were no comebacks on this product.
