Bad Reaction to Skin Care Products

A month ago i took my mum to Edgars Cresta, we spoke to a Dr Brandt consultant who recommended Glow by Dr Brandt for pigmentation. I specifically asked the consultant if i could return the product should it have an adverse effect to my mums sensitive skin, as Dr Brandt does not provide samples, she said YES if there is a visible bad effect she will gladly return the product. My mum used the product for a week, and it didn't agree with her skin, it literally peeled the skin off her face and made rashes all over. I don't usually shop at Cresta as i live in Midrand its quite a distance away, but i made a special trip yesterday to go to return the product, i initially spoke to the consultant who we bought the product from, she agreed to the return, and told us to take it to a till and return it she didn't need to be present. When i got to the till the lady told me the consultant needed to be there went to find her only she had left, another consultant came to assist, who then refused to return the product she had to clear with the beauty manager who doesn't work on a Sunday, she took my details promised to get her manager to call me but I'm still waiting for that call, TERRIBLE SERVICE
