I bought a nail polish (Revlon product) towards the end of last year and the nail polish brush was damaged & had to return it. Luckily, I was still in position of the receipt. Upon return, it was another hustle as they said I have to return the product to the Truworths store where I bought it. Through the intervention of Hello Peter, I was eventually assisted. The product was exchanged. I probably used the product less than 5 times. Just last week, 21/10 when I wanted to apply the nail polish, I have discovered that the same damage has occurred yet again and it surely confirms that it's a factory failed. I took the product to the same store & the same store manager. I was told that they can't exchange the product since I don't have a receipt. I am a loyal account holder & only use the account to buy cosmetics & have a credit of R7 000.00. I left the product at the store & was promised that they will call me back. It's been a week & nothing has happened. I went to the store today & the store manager was not there, & still unhappy. The head office failed me and have decided to pay-off my account and close it. I am truly so disappointed.
