New item purchased and delivered out of packaging

A new treadmill was purchased from Makro Strubens Valley on 8 September 2013. The product was fully packaged at the store. On delivery on 10 September 2013 the product was delivered unpackaged to my premises. Unfortunately my domestic helper accepted the unpackaged goods.

This is pathetic service from Makro. New items must be delivered in their original packaging and must be unpackaged by the consumer.

Makro needs to sort this out pronto.
