Still no responds

I bought a fridge from Makro Stubens Valley on the 16th of November 2013 one of the hinges was not included so I sent a message to Makro, they called me back 3 days later I advised the lady that I need the hinge urgently, till today no one at Makro has attempted to call me back or give me feedback... I paid a lot of money for an incomplete product... It seems that Makro is one of that companies if you pay them they happy but after service! I will think twice before going back to them.
