Purchased a Fridge, Washing Machine & TV-value R43000 on Sunday, 29 Sept. Sales rep informed that all appliances will be delivered to us on Monday, 30. We asked them to please make sure as we would need to get rid of our old appliances? They confirmed they had stock of all these items & was going 2 be delivered on Monday.we got rid of all our old appliances 2 make space for our new appliances. Monday aftr came & they delivered the Washing Machine & TV-no Fridge.delivery recpt stated no ''stock''-contacting Makro with our huge disappointment-what were we to do with all the food that would now go to waste. No one at Makro cld give any info 2 what happd-actually they had no stock 2 begin with!! After a day communicating with Makro they offered a fridge with scratches (demo) & discount. We did not pay all this money for a second hand fridge. Aft mch deliberation we demanded tht Makro collect other appls, refund us & we'll purchase elsewhr.only concerned 2 sell prod 4 comm.another day with without fridge! Day 3 & reversal will take 48 hrs-leaving anoth 2 days without fridge. money is needed 2 purchase items elsewhere! ''wonderful'' customer service! sad tht peple r more concerned about money!
