MAKRO: Staff Incompetent

I went to Makro in Strubens Valley on 11 May 2013 at around 15:00.

I was interested in their laptop contracts, and when I arrived, the staff sent me in all directions. I eventually found the right place, and when I asked to be assisted, the lady at the counter merely shrugged and said there was no one there at the time to assist me, yet there were four people around and none of them were able to assist me. She instructed me to wait, and after 45 minutes, I still wasn't assisted. The store wasn't all that busy either.

The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful at Makro Strubens Valley, and I will never return. I was a loyal customer to Makro, and I will make sure that people stop supporting the store.

Thank you Makro for spoiling my mother's Mothers Day!!!
