Delivered Broken and I must return

The customer service is one of the worst. I received my bread maker today, broken! I took pictures and phoned them immediately. The person that I spoke to said that they will arrange someone to come and fetch it again. Later I got another phone call telling me because it is a small item I must take it to the post office and send it back, it will only cost me R30. The thing weight is over 7kg, does this person really think it's going to cost me only R30? The attitude towards this problem is extremely bad. I will not send back this unit and I will take this matter up with my attorney and you WILL carry the his cost!
