Still waiting for my oven/hob to be delivered

I purchased a oven / hob from makro on the 8th of September 2013, I was told by the sales rep that it would take around 3 - 5 days to get delivered, however now its Saturday the 14th of September 2013 which means 5 working days have passed and still no call has being made to me to inform me where is my goods!!! i am very dissapointed at the level of treatment i am getting my makro, They can do bette
