Account messed up for fourth time

I ordered products from Home Choice on account. The problem is that my debit order has been up by their accounts department four times now. Each time I have to cover the interest and charges. Each time they tell me that they've tried to contact me but I get no messages and then I have to phone them to sort it out.

The call centre agents get mad at me when I am upset and are not helpful at all, nor are they able to tell me what my interest is or why this keeps happening. I'm pretty much this goes against Consumer Protection Act regulations as Home Choice is in fact money from me for their mistakes.

This is unacceptable!

I had to manually make a payment now for a debit order which has been authorised three times already.
