Disgusting Service

I visited the above store on the 14/08/13, I was utterly disgusted by the service here. To cut the long story short, we stood on the que for almost half and hour without getting any help. The strange thing was there were a lot of staff behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. Only two ladies (tellers) were working, others were busy chatting and laughing so loud, one lady was even busy reading a magazine, instead of helping customers. Needless to say I will never set my foot in this store again. Mr Price need to properly train its staff in customer services. This staff must visit Carnival Mall branch, and learn a thing or two about customer service. The service at Mr Price Carnivall Mall is always fast, friendly and efficient.
