I bought a bedding set on account and received the parcel in Jun. I realised mid Jul they never debited the installment amount from my account and thought that this will be going off end of Jul. I received a phone call from Home Choice 17 Jul asking me when the costs will be paid, shocked to hear that they did not have my banking details I told them to double debit my account end Jul and immediately emailed it to the customer service email address. A Zuleighah Murison replied with a debit order form which I completed and sent it back to her the same day. Again no debit order went off end Jul and sent the same email to a clhlesen@homechoice on 23 Aug. I contacted customer service 26 Aug and were told the details were not no the system and guess what, I gave it to the gentleman again but told him that I will not be responsible for the interest as they caused the error. After another 2-3 phone calls we came to an agreement that I would pay a little more each month starting end Sep to catch up. I was told by Bheki that they do not make arrangements and handed me over. I received a call advising me to make payment arrangements with them as Home Choice do not have my account. REALLY NOW
