I was phoned in February to open a account with home choice, they assured me i can have it on debit order, and i have since then received 7 calls from home choice saying the my account has not been paid, every time they call me i give them my banking details and tel the to deduct it on debit order, I'v on a number of time asked to speak to the manager regarding this matter, and no one has come back to me! Home choice is giving me a bad credit record, As there is more then enough funds in my account for the debit order run. I'm getting tired of this, and want this matter sorted asap.
