I AM VERY UPSET WITH THE SEVICE RECEIVED FROM HOME CHOICE I OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH HOME CHOICE AND ORDERED A FEW ITEMS HALF OF THE ORDER WAS SENT THROUGH AND THE MOST IMPORTANT ITEM WAS HELD BACK DUE TO NO CREDIT AVAILABLE, HOWEVER I WAS NEVER ADVISED I WAS ADVISED THAT IT WOULD GET SENT AS SOON AS THEY ARE DONE PROCESSING, NOW I AM GETTING MARRIED ON SATURDAY 7 DECEMBER AND I NEEDED THIS ITEM, I WAS ONLY ADVISED ON THE 2 DECEMBER THAT I DONT HAVE ENOUGH CREDIT... THE LEAST THEY COULD HAVE DONE WAS GET IN CONTACT WITH ME SO THAT I COULD MAKE OTHER ARRANGMENTS... MY BROTHER THEN OFFERED TO TAKE IT ON HIS HOME CHOICE ACCOUNT FOR ME THE ORDER WAS PLACED AND THE CALL CENTRE WAS ASKED TO MARK IT A PRIORITY REF NO:124909037 I WAS EVEN WILLING TO COLLECT FROM YOUR HEAD OFFICE AND I WAS TOLD ON THE 5 DECEMBER THAT THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE BUT ALL THE TIME THEY SAID IT WAS POSSIBLE... IM WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE WHY CANT HOME CHOICE ASSIST ME!!!
