Payment skipped listed on ITC for no reason!

I have an account with home choice of which I had no issues with, the service was great and I was paying my account manually until I was contacted to load a debit order facility for payment. I never skipped or missed a payment since I got this account. When they loaded the debit order it was supposed to run from Sept '13. I got worried when I saw the debit order never went off and contacted the call centre of which I was told the account had no outstanding balance that is why they never debited. a month later I get a call saying my account is in arrears I explained to the accounts lady and she said I need to call the call centre. after speaking to a team leader in the call centre the issue was resolved and the debit order started running smoothly. To my surprise when I drew a credit report it shows that I am listed for skipping a payment! I want this removed immediately as it was not my fault that the debit order did not go through, the call centre agent that loaded the debit order loaded it incorrectly and the agent that assisted me when I queried why the debit order did not go off gave me incorrect information. this is impacting my credit score. I will not purchase a thing again
