Debited for R3.86 and then R0.05!!!

1st of Dec I was debited with what I thought was my final instalment on my account but low an behold 1st of January you debited me again with R3.86, R1.86 interest and R2.00 for a customer protection plan... what protection do I need if I do not owe you anything! But I did not make a fuss as SURELY this was now the final payment. But to my surprise the 1st of February a debit order went off my account for R0.05!!!
This was a charge for interest, interest on WHAT!?!?! I do not owe you anything, how can you charge interest on NOTHING?!?!

FYI the statement you mail me and the cost of collecting this R0.05c from my account is costing you more in the end and what about MY bank charges???

I tried to call your call centre a number of times but could not get through, can someone please explain to me is going on here and I want to close this account ASAP, I will never by anything from you again.
