Account still mismanaged, harassment by agents

This is my umpteenth complaint.

I purchased items online through home choice earlier this year and aubmitted a debit order to home choice to pay this account. However, I was contacted month or two later asking when I will pay my account. The agent resubmitted the debit order, but changex 5he debit order date. The month thereafter the same thing happened and they resubmitted the debit order.

I was again contacted in July demanding my late payment, after explaining the issue he said all interest would be reversed and that my account payments would finally run smoothly.

I was contacted again this week demanding my payment and stating that I last made a payment in July. I contacted Home Choice on twitter, facebook, via email, and completely lost it on the phone with an agent who told me that I wasnt allowed to freak out and that she won't put me through to their legal department or superiors. This is outrageous. It is breaching the CPA regulations repeatedly. And I am past wits end. I cannot talk to another agent. Why can't this issue be resolved???
