Incorrect debit / poor service

I made a purchase in February. I clearly stated that i want a debit order. Home Choice did not set up the debit order. I had agents phone me for than 6 times a day asking me for money, they were rude and had no idea whats going on. Eventually they managed to set up a debit order for me and now they debit me the incorrect amount. I want them to reserve the money.
