I opened an account at Home Choice in December 2013 and the staff was so friendly & helpful. Then I place my first order for a 13 piece comforter set on the 19th of December 2013. I explained to the sales rep that the comforter set was a birthday present for my sister and he told me that delivery will be in 2- 3 weeks time. After 2 weeks i phoned Home Choice again and the sales rep i spoke to explained that due to christmas my order was delayed so she said i should expect it any time. 3 weeks passed No Delivery (an my sister's birthday passed) i phoned again Home Choice and was told to be patient and expect my order anytime. seeing today is the 20th of January-4 weeks after placing the order and 10 days after my sister's birthday, i phoned Home Choice again and spoke to a lady called Bridget who was very very rude. she blamed me for not following up & i was shocked because i phoned Home Choice more that 4 times. She said its the Client's duty to follow up on her order and there was no call log. How was i to know that when this is my first time working with Home Choice. she said she cant do anything and asked me to be patient. REALLY HOME CHOICE. for how long. im disappointed.
