Ordered DVDs on 19/7 to be delivered by courier. I had received nothing after 2 weeks & checked my orders on their site. According to the information the orders were despatched on 30/7.To date I have received neither. I contacted them on 5/8 & was told that they items were scanned that morning to be delivered that afternoon. The lady I spoke to said it was not their problem, but the courier company. On the 6th I still had received nothing, & I called again. The person I spoke to advised that the items were scanned that morning & had been returned as they were unable to deliver. As no one is at my home on a Tue morning, I explained that they should contact me before delivery so that I could arrange for someone to be home when they came. The consultant promised to call me back with the reason it wasn't delivered, new delivery time, etc. I had heard nothing the 7th & called again! This time I spoke to Simone and I explained that the delivery was now long overdue & that I had required it by the 5th Aug. She said that the item was returned several times, which is impossible! She promised to call. Again nothing! I have paid for the DVDs & for delivery, and no-one seems to care!
