I ordered a number of DVDs for my daughter of three as we were having a number of children around for a party.
I selected DVDs that said - Delivery: Next working day in SA.
After three days of no delivery I phoned and asked where the DVDs were and they said that there was one that would take a bit longer so they were waiting 2-3 weeks for that. In my opinion this is unacceptable, the point of me selecting the DVDs with next day delivery was to have them in time. If there was an item in my bundle delaying things I should have been contacted and given the choice to have the items ready delivered. Furthermore cancelling the order - only results in a credit to my card a number of days later - they cant tell me when, so I cant even go out and purchase new DVDs from somewhere else as I'm waiting for a refund.
Not a good experience.
