I placed an order for 4 items and paid in full on 28 October, well in advance of my daughter's birthday as these items are purchased as birthday gifts. ETA was set to 6 days - no problem.8 days later, still no delivery. I contacted the Kalahari call centre on 05 November and explained that the ETA of 08 November is not a problem, I just need to change the delivery address for that day as I will be at home and not at the office, which is the original delivery address I provided. I logged onto the site on 06 November and the ETA was still 08 November, but the wrong address. I called again, explained the same thing, received the same promise. This time though, at least received an email and phone call in return. This gave me hope! Today, 07 November, I checked again and still ETA is 08 November, WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS!!! I have now called you for the third time, given you the address for delivery on 08 November for the THIRD TIME!!! I am now in the situation where I am leaving the office to go on leave and I do not have the items I ordered and I do not trust that they will be delivered to my house tomorrow so we will have a birthday party without any gifts, thanks Kalahari!!!
