Bad service on delivery of paid for items

Disaster of a delivery.
We spend an average of R4000 per month online at Pick n Pay- and at least another R3000 in store.
Our last order was an absolute mess and has left us with items we have paid for via credit card- but not yet received.
Order was placed - Marc 02 and delivery BOOKED for Tuesday 4th - between 9- 15;00.
I did not receive a call to say that delivery would be late or to check whether someone would be home to receive.By 16;30 nothing was delivered and, since we were on our way out- I called the helpline to ask that the delivery be delivered the following day- as it was now too late.
The goods were delivered the following day- but a whole lot of items were short. I called in the afternoon and spoke to a very helpful call center lady (Tina) I listed the items short- quite a painful process as the items amounted to at least R1500.She very helpful, keeping in contact the whole of the next day. she received huge resistance from the branch to assist me and went out of her way. The items were delivered on Friday- I now see that in my haste when calling- there are still items we have PAID for and not received. They amount to R500.
