Paid account instore - not reflecting 2 weeks late

Good day to edgars,
I paid both mine and my wifes account at edgars festival mall on the 27th july as I have done for the past 5 years.
Last night I get a very rude call from one your very inexperienced call centre agents demanding I pay the full amount by today. After giving him the TRN number and cshier ref number and a promise to investigate the matter I then get an sms saying I will be listed as a slow payer. I have gone into the store today with my receipts andb bank statement, hard proof of my payments and still no one knows what's happening, only that my account is suspended. After 5 years I'm sorry to say that your establishment has fallen down to the equivalent of a government dept in and not worth the premium prices anymore. I will be closing both accounts with immediate effect and for now I want an explanation as to where my payment has gone to. And please hire proffessional people to handle your call centre, they're attitude is a true reflection of your thoughts towards us. If you are intrested in keeping my business call me
