No delivery & Call center staff lying to customers

I placed an order with Kalahari on the 3rd of December. One of the items was not in stock and they had to order it. Eventually when it arrived, I received my notification that the items were despatched and delivery would take place on the 11th. To date I have not received the items. On the 11th and 12th I was promised that the items would be delivered by Call center agent Zohar. On the 13th I was promised that the item would be delivered on that day by a Nikki. She also told me that for some unknown reason the item was checked in and out several times in their warehouse. I was also told by them that several different couriers have my parcel. Today Nikki also assured me delivery and that my parcel would be delivered by RTT today (this after I requested she contact them). Upon contacting RTT they informed me that they only collected it today and that delivery will take place on Tuesday. What a shame that Kalahari claims to be the nr 1 online store and that I even voted for them. Shame that the best they can offer their customers are when things really get busy. I am so disappointed and will not make use of their services in the festive season again. Im sure Im not the only one.
