During the month of July Home Choice sent a catalogue then I chose two items for which one I paid cash and the other on credit. They promised that the items shall be delivered in 14 days. When it got closer to the delivery week, I think a week before, I called them then they told to expect the delivery in the following week. I took a week leave from work so that i will be available at home when the delivery comes. I lost patience on Friday that particular week then called them, and told me the items are not available. This means had I not called I wouldn't know and they would have kept quiet. I sent them a complaint letter immediately and they never responded until two weeks ago, apologizing and promised to deliver both items. Upon delivery (Friday 8th November) they only gave me one item and promised to deliver the other item on Monday 11th November. On Monday the item was never delivered and no one bothered to call me and explain, I had to call them and they told me the item is not available. I spoke to 3 Sales Consultants (Falita, Roxy, Rushad) complaining and again no one had a sense of urgency to return my call and explain what is going on. This is not on. please assist.
